Luckily I had a landlord, like yourself, who was understanding and wanted to keep me on track. I eventually came out of it and I am just glad that he understood that I was still a kid trying to become an adult. BTW I do like the blog. Real Estate is something I don't understand too much...so I'll be back! Now while I’m not a landlord I was once a stupid kid and was late with rent payments. I've learned to compromise myself with some of my tenants. While your situation is not ideal, at least you're getting paid every month.
