		<description>I can agree to that to a degree.  Let’s not forget the Donald filed for bankruptcy and look where he is today.  I would definitely suggest diversifying your investments however.</description>

		<description>I started and ran our local REIA group for 6 years and I got this question all the time.  You're right on the money.  Start in the margins and don't go full time until you've got a track record of profits that surpass your job income.

I've seen way too many investors jump head first into being a full timer after one or two decent deals.  It often ends in a heart breaking nightmare.
