Next Business Project
I’m a firm believer in not placing all my eggs in one basket. Diversification is not just another buzz word to me. Investing in real estate has the added benefit of flexibility. Buy and hold investors tend to have more freedom and for many, it’s really a side business. House flipping can be a full time job itself, especially if you manage the projects or do the work yourself. I believe that a strategy that involves both renting and flipping offer the fastest and most secure road to wealth for full time investors.
While real estate investing can be a great source of income, it doesn’t have to be the only one. Your road to wealth may move even faster by investing in other assets such as the stock market and owning your own business. Running a brick and mortar business may take quite a bit of your time. The Internet on the other hand offers great opportunities for owning a business that only takes a few days or even hours per week. My next project is one that I am very excited about and I plan to bring you more information about it once I am further along. Just to give you a clue, it involves real estate investing but not actually buying or renting properties. I will continue to invest real estate but this new project will provide a valuable service that I believe has been missing for investors as well as sellers. This week I’m am working on a rough draft of the business plan and I am a little behind schedule so its time to get back to work.
