It's insane how bad things are in some areas... I live near an area in Northern California that has a very high foreclosure rate. Some courts the entire neighborhood is vacant of homeowners... I think these damn mortgage brokers got away with murder. They should be paying for some of the mess they created instead of the US Government.. Exciting times…
